We are still in the same building...... but now look for us on the 1st floor. This exciting move gives us double the space and we are now more easily accessible to you on the ground floor right as you walk into the building.
We have also significantly upgraded our phone, computer, and filing systems to more efficiently serve our clients:
- A More Efficient Phone System
We can now easily make multi-party conference calls, forward calls to staff in the field and more efficiently retrieve voice mail remotely. - An Upgraded Computer System
This new system will provide additional firewalls for protection of client data and support our digital data file storage system. - It will also provide a system to store client data in a secured facility off-site in case of a catastrophic loss, such as a fire in the building or an earthquake. Everything on our computer system will now be saved automatically, off-site for ever greater protection of client files.
- Upgraded Entire Paper Production Capabilities
In order to be more environmentally aware and efficient, we are drastically reducing paper usage. With the new systems we will reduce paper usage by 50 - 75% over time by digitizing our files and incoming documents. - For example, instead of being printed on paper, incoming faxes will now come to the fax administrator who will send them directly to the intended recipient's Email in-box.
- In addition, we will all have "sub-mail boxes" which will allow other fax machines to fax directly to the intended person's computer. These two features alone will save a substantial quantity of paper. All the better for our environment and lowering clients' copying costs
